About Me

Hi, I’m Briana!

If you've been told your symptoms are "normal," brushed off in quick appointments, or handed another medication without anyone taking the time to ask why you feel this way in the first place... I know how frustrating that is.

Because I've been there too.

As a teenager, I struggled with chronic constipation, bloating, digestive discomfort, and brain fog. I saw doctor after doctor, was put through colonoscopies and endoscopies before I was even 20, and kept hearing the same thing: "Take Miralax."

But I knew there had to be more to the story.

Everything changed when I finally saw a naturopath who took the time to look deeper. She tested me for SIBO, something I had never even heard of before, and for the first time, I had an answer. It was such a relief to finally have someone validate what I had been feeling all along.

That experience sparked a passion for understanding how the body works, how food impacts our health, and what it really takes to support healing beyond bandaid solutions.

It also inspired me to become the practitioner I wish I had all those years ago.

Today, I help people get to the root of symptoms like bloating, fatigue, cravings, blood sugar issues, weight struggles, and food anxiety so they can stop obsessing over what they're eating and start feeling good in their bodies again.

Because food is fuel. It shouldn't be consuming your thoughts.

My goal isn't to hand you another restrictive meal plan or a list of rules to follow. It's to help you understand what your body needs, support you in a way that fits your real life, and give you the confidence to take control of your health.
