Hi, I’m Briana!

If you’ve been told your symptoms are “normal,” brushed off in quick appointments, or handed another medication without anyone taking the time to ask why you feel this way in the first place… I know how frustrating that is.

I know what it’s like to feel like something is off in your body and have nobody really listen.

Because I’ve been there too.

As a teenager, I dealt with chronic constipation, bloating, digestive discomfort, and brain fog, and no one could give me a real answer.

I saw doctor after doctor and kept hearing the same thing: take Miralax. I was put through colonoscopies and endoscopies before I was even 20 years old, only to be told nothing was wrong and to just stay on a laxative long term.

But even then, I knew that wasn’t the full story.

I knew my body wasn’t functioning the way it should, and I knew there had to be a reason I felt so uncomfortable all the time.

Everything changed when I finally saw a naturopath who actually took the time to look deeper. She tested me for SIBO, something I had never even heard of before, and for the first time, I had an answer. It was such a relief to finally have someone validate what I had been feeling all along: I wasn’t crazy, and my symptoms weren’t “just in my head.”

That experience opened the door to root-cause healing for me. It sparked a passion for understanding how the body works, how food impacts our health, and what it really takes to support healing beyond bandaid solutions. That journey is what eventually led me to become a nutrition therapist and create the kind of support I wish I had years ago.

Today, I help people get to the root of symptoms like bloating, fatigue, cravings, blood sugar issues, weight struggles, and food anxiety so they can stop obsessing over what they’re eating and start feeling good in their bodies again.

Because food is fuel. It shouldn’t be consuming your thoughts.

My goal isn’t to put you on another restrictive plan or hand you a long list of rules to follow perfectly. It’s to help you understand what your body needs, support you in a way that fits your real life, and give you the tools to feel in charge of your health again.
