Hi, I’m Briana! I’m a nutrition therapist and mama of 2 who believes wellness shouldn’t feel overwhelming or restrictive.

After struggling with my own digestive issues and feeling frustrated with conventional approaches, I discovered holistic nutrition and the impact food and lifestyle can have on the body.

Now I help people improve their energy, digestion, metabolism, and relationship with food through practical, sustainable changes that fit your unique life.
