About Me
I discovered my passion for holistic nutrition through my own health journey. I once struggled with unexplained health issues and found that conventional medicine often left me with more questions than answers. It wasn’t until I met a naturopathic doctor that I discovered the transformative power of natural healing, and I realized how much traditional approaches overlook the role of nutrition and lifestyle.
This experience inspired me to teach others all about holistic wellness. Now, as a certified Nutrition Therapist Master from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Colorado, I'm excited about guiding you toward a healthier, more balanced life—one that's both simple and attainable. The discovery call is a complimentary 30 minute phone call or video chat where I will listen to your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and give you a run down on how I will support you during your time with me. There is no pressure or obligation to make any decisions over the phone. I want you to be informed and make the choice that works best for you, whether that is working with me or not!
I offer 3-month packages because meaningful change takes time. Transforming old habits and creating sustainable routines isn’t easy, especially when you’re doing it alone. That’s why I provide consistent, personalized support every step of the way. My coaching program is designed to help you feel better in your body, improve your energy, reduce inflammation, and develop a lifestyle that supports your health long-term.
Together, we’ll start with a deep dive into your health history, current diet, symptoms, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and more. From there, I’ll create a completely customized plan that includes:
Nutritional guidance tailored to your specific health needs and goals
Personalized meal plans or flexible meal ideas based on your preferences, budget, and cooking ability
Supplement suggestions, if needed
