Hi, I'm Briana! A nutrition therapist and mama of 2 who believes wellness doesn't have to be complicated, and it should never feel restrictive.

For most of my life, I struggled with unexplained digestive issues. Conventional medicine left me with more questions than answers, and I didn’t want to depend on medications forever. Everything shifted when I discovered holistic nutrition and the power of natural healing. For the first time, I understood how food and lifestyle could transform my health...and I knew I had to share this with others!

Now, as a certified Nutrition Therapist Master from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Colorado, I help people just like you feel good in their bodies again. My approach is rooted in balance, body trust, and simple shifts that create lasting results.

What is Nutrition Therapy?

Nutrition therapy goes beyond "eat this, not that." It's a personalized, root-cause approach that looks at your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals to create a plan that actually fits your life. We focus on food, habits, and lifestyle practices that support your body's natural ability to heal and thrive. No fad diets, no cookie cutter plans!

What Kind of Results Can I Expect From Working With You?

Every client is unique, but many people experience things like better digestion, less bloating, more energy, weight loss, balanced blood sugar, improved sleep, reduced inflammation, and more confidence in their food choices. My goal isn't a "quick fix", it's helping you build habits and tools that last long after our time together!

How Much do Your Programs Cost?

Pricing can vary depending on the length of the program and the level of support you choose. I believe health should be accessible, so I'm happy to discuss payment options or find a way to make it work if you're truly committed. The best way to learn about pricing is to book a free discovery call where we'll talk about your goals and find the right fit for you.

Do You Provide Customized Meal Plans?

Yes! But not traditional "eat-this-exact-thing" meal plans. Instead, I offer customized meal frameworks that give you meal and snack ideas based on your preferences, budget, and lifestyle.

Do I Need to Live Locally to Work With You?

Not at all! I work with clients virtually, so we can connect no matter where you are. If you're local to the Denver/Littleton area, we can also meet in person for things like grocery tours or InBody scans, but it's completely optional.

Will I Have to Give Up All My Favorite Foods?

No way. My approach is about balance, not deprivation. We'll work together to find healthy swaps where needed, but also leave room for foods you love. The goal is to feel good in your body and confident in your choices - Not live under a list of strict rules for the rest of your life.

How is This Different From a Diet Program?

Traditional diets rely on restriction and short-term fixes. Nutrition therapy is about long-term results and getting to the root of your symptoms. Instead of counting calories or following a trendy plan, we'll focus on creating a way of eating and living that supports your unique body, hormones, and lifestyle - all while feeling sustainable.
