About Me
I discovered my passion for holistic nutrition through my own health journey. I once struggled with unexplained health issues and found that conventional medicine often left me with more questions than answers. It wasn’t until I met a naturopathic doctor that I discovered the transformative power of natural healing, and I realized how much traditional approaches overlook the role of nutrition and lifestyle.
This experience inspired me to teach others all about holistic wellness. Now, as a certified Nutrition Therapist Master from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Colorado, I'm excited about guiding you toward a healthier, more balanced life—one that's both simple and attainable. I look forward to supporting you with your wellness goals!

The discovery call is a complimentary 30 minute phone call where I will listen to your concerns, answer any questions you may have, and give you a run down on how I will support you during your time with me. You don’t need to commit to anything on the call. Just bring your questions, your story, and your goals, and I’ll help you figure out your best next step!

Whether in person or virtually, I’ll walk through the grocery store with you and teach you exactly how to shop with confidence. We’ll cover how to read ingredient labels, spot misleading marketing, and choose the best foods for your body and goals. I tailor the experience to your needs and will go into as much detail as you want.

Yes! But not traditional "eat-this-exact-thing" meal plans. Instead, I offer customized meal frameworks that give you meal and snack ideas based on your preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
Not at all! I work with clients virtually, so we can connect no matter where you are. If you're local to the Denver/Littleton area, we can also meet in person for things like grocery tours or InBody scans, but it's completely optional.
No way. My approach is about balance, not deprivation. We'll work together to find healthy swaps where needed, but also leave room for foods you love. The goal is to feel good in your body and confident in your choices - Not live under a list of strict rules for the rest of your life.
