I didn’t come to this work because nutrition was always easy for me. I came to it because I saw how often people are told to “try harder” instead of being shown how to support their body properly.
That’s why my approach is structured but supportive. I don’t believe in one size fits all plans or leaving people to figure it out alone. I believe in clear guidance, personalized nutrition, and ongoing support so change actually sticks.
