Three coached workouts per week, simple nutrition guidance, and a group of women showing up together to get stronger.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll train three times per week, learn how to fuel your body with simple nutrition guidance, and build habits that support your health long after the program ends!

Each workout is guided by a coach so you can build strength safely and confidently. Along the way you’ll receive practical nutrition guidance, accountability from the group, and tools to help you stay on track.
You won’t be guessing what to do.
You’ll have a plan and support the entire way.

Learn How to Fuel Your Body
Nutrition plays a huge role in how you feel, perform, and recover.
Instead of restrictive dieting or complicated rules, you’ll receive a simple nutrition plan designed to support your training and energy levels.
During the program we’ll also meet for a guided grocery store tour where I will walk you through how to shop for balanced meals, better ingredients, and foods that support your goals.
Most people know they should eat better.
Very few people have ever been shown how to actually do that in real life.

24 in person small group strength training sessions

Program length: May 2nd - June 30th 2026
Training Schedule
We will train three times per week together.
Tuesdays - 6:00 AM
Strength training at the gym
Thursdays - 6:00 AM
Strength training at the gym
Saturdays - 9:00 AM
Outdoor workouts (walks, hikes, Red Rocks, and other fun movement)
Saturday workouts are often family friendly, so feel free to bring your crew!

Bonus: Participants who choose to pay-in-full will receive an addition private 1:1 session with me at the end of the program to review progress and create a plan for maintaining momentum after the program ends.

Yes. This program is designed for women at many different fitness levels. Every workout is coached and modifications can be made based on your ability. Whether you're newer to strength training or already active, you'll be guided through each exercise so you feel confident and safe.

Three workouts per week will give you the best results, but life happens. If you miss a session occasionally, it's not the end of the world. The goal is consistency over the 8 weeks, not perfection.

The program focuses on strength training. You’ll be learning how to lift weights properly, build strength, and improve overall fitness. Expect a mix of strength exercises, functional movements, and some outdoor workouts to keep things fun and engaging.

No. This is not a restrictive diet program.
You’ll receive a simple nutrition plan that supports your training, energy, and recovery. The focus is on balanced meals, enough protein, and building sustainable habits.

InBody scans measure things like body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, and overall body composition. It’s a great tracking tool that gives you insight well beyond just a number on the scale.
